On Monday (March 3), Alanis Morissette took to Instagram to announce the dates and details of her first-ever Las Vegas residency. The eight-date run will take place at the Colosseum at Caesars, with shows scheduled on October 15th, 17th, 18th, 22nd, 24th, and 25th, as well as November 1st and 2nd. Tickets will go on-sale on March 7 at 10 a.m. PT. Morissette has a series of festival appearances and European and U.K. shows scheduled throughout the rest of the year, including BeachLife Festival in Redondo Beach, California on May 4, and Brandi Carlile’s Mothership Weekend in Miramar Beach, Florida on May 10. The seven-time Grammy winner also just announced a huge London show on July 27 at the 02 Arena, which features special guest opening act Liz Phair. In November, Morissette was nominated for induction into the Songwriters Hall of Fame. (Rolling Stone)
