Hurry Up Tomorrow garnered the largest sales week for any album since Taylor Swift’s The Tortured Poets Department debuted at No. 1 on the May 4, 2024, while also marking the biggest week for an R&B/hip-hop album since Travis Scott’s Utopia debuted at the top of the chart on the Aug. 12, 2023. Chappell Roan’s The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess jumps back into the Top 10 after surging up eight spots to No. 6, aided by  her Best New Artist win at the Grammy Awards, while Billie Eilish’s Hit Me Hard and Soft also got a Grammy boost as it jumps five places to No. 5. The Billboard 200 Top 10 is rounded out by Bad Bunny’s Debí Tirar Más Fotos falling one spot to No. 2, SZA’s SOS drops a slot to No. 3, Kendrick Lamar’s GNX slides one place to No. 4, Sabrina Carpenter’s Short n’ Sweet falls one spot to No. 7, Morgan Wallen’s One Thing at a Time plunges three slots to No. 8, Taylor Swift’s The Tortured Poets Department jumps up two spots to No. 9, and Gracie AbramsThe Secret of Us falls two places to No. 10.
