In the sketch, Sarah Sherman portrayed Aimee’s character with exaggerated buck teeth and a Manchester accent. Aimee called the sketch ‘mean and unfunny’ and said they could have ‘at least get the accent right.’ Aimee says SNL has reached out with an apology.
