We finally know how Gene Hackman and his wife died and it’s even more tragic than we could have imagined. Authorities say that Gene’s wife, Betsy, died first from hantavirus pulmonary syndrome. It’s a severe respiratory illness you get from contact with infected rodents. Gene survived a week before succumbing to severe cardiovascular disease. He was also suffering from advanced Alzheimer’s so it’s possible he didn’t know his wife had died or how to take care of himself because there was no food in his system. Betsy is thought to have died on February 11th while Gene is said to have died on the 17th or 18th.
Not sure this is fair. Baylee Littrell, the son of Backstreet Boy Brian Littrell, tried out for ‘American Idol’ and made it to the next round. He even had his father come out and perform his original song.
